Refuses to leave package on my front porch which is less than 200 yards from my mailbox. Makes invalid excuses for not leaving the package and when trying to call the phone is continually busy until all carriers leave so redelivery isn't possible. Wants me to spend money on fuel to go get it when I've already paid for it to be delivered.
